Teacher Information
The Suzuki Association of the Americas (SAA) provides training for teachers interested in learning the philosophical and technical aspects of teaching the literature set down by Shinichi Suzuki. Each course follows by book number (i.e., book 1, book 2, etc.). ECC, Book 1, and Book 2 classes must be taken in sequence before going on to other courses.
There will be Every Child Can, Book 1 and Book 2 Teacher Development classes for 2012.
Institute Observers
Teachers who want to observe classes at all levels must register as an adult observer. This entitles them to see master classes, technique and repertoire classes of students enrolled at the institute. Observers may choose their own schedules but may not attend teacher development courses. ANY ADULT NOT ENROLLED IN TEACHER DEVELOPMENT COURSES OR ARE NOT PARENTS/GUARDIANS OF ENROLLED STUDENTS MUST ENROLL AS AN OBSERVER. Observers will be given a nametag upon registration.
